Score = 0.35 x OPERA trigger + 0.30 x vegetation loss + 0.25 x bare soil + 0.10 x (1 - water penalty)
The model still screens alerts internally at 0.55, but public disturbance alerts appear only after Emstree review marks them as mining-related.
Revegetating areas remain visible by default. Raw alerts stay internal until Sentinel-backed review and editorial approval.
